Face Painting Terms and Conditions.

If it is your first time getting your face/ body painted or if you have sensitive skin, we recommend having a tester sample first to check that you do not have an allergic reaction to the paint.
We do not paint children's faces under 3 years old. However, we do not mind painting their hand or arms if they are 2 years old and willing to sit still.
There are some designs we may not be familiar with or have practised. If this is the case we may suggest an alternative design, during smaller events we may google search the design however this may take us longer than normal to recreate.
Please could parents accompany young children/ nervous children when they're being painted, If the child is unaccompanied and cannot manage being painted we will have no choice but to stop painting.
The face painter is not responsible for saving your place in the queue if you choose to leave and another person takes your place. We recommend that another person waits for you if you need to leave, if it becomes your turn and you have not returned we will paint the next person waiting and you may go next. However, any longer you will need to re-join at the end of the queue.
We will place a sign when we are ready to start painting and when we have finished. We are not required to work overtime unless you have agreed in advance for this service, working overtime can impact other bookings so we ask hosts/event planners to support us with guests as we do not tolerate abuse of any kind.
Please encourage people to get their face/body painted from the beginning to avoid any disappointment towards the end.
It is our right to refuse people being painted if they're unwell, have cuts/rashes/blemishes, have rude behaviour, are too young, appear distressed, or are unclean/dirty.
Long hair/fringes will be asked to be pinned back we may have a headband or hair tie you may borrow upon request.
Glitter packages - We use aloe vera gel or vaseline to apply face/body glitter and we use body glue for our glitter tattoos. To remove glitter tatoo we recommend using baby oil or oil-based products safe on the skin.
Face Paints- Our face paints are from licenced brands, we do not make our paints however we may repackage them into different containers for easy access during bookings. To remove face paint from skin we recommend using soap and water with a paper towel to wipe away any excess remaining.
We aim to arrive 5-10 min before allowing us time to set up, please could you clearly label or show us which table we can set up upon arrival to avoid delays.
From time to time we will request to take photos of guests using our services to help grow our business further. We seek verbal or written consent in advance and our photos are shared on our social media accounts and website, please feel free to ask how and where photos are shared, if you have changed your mind and would like your photo removed from our gallery please email us and we will remove this for you.
For party sizes over 20 children, we will produce less full face designs (e.g. Tiger or Lion design) and more smaller designs (e.g. Pokemon ball or Flower design) to ensure more children get their faces painted.
We do not carry cash unless during events when customers are charged, If cash is agreed in advance we will require the exact amount paid upon arrival ideally to avoid delays when leaving. Otherwise, payment in full is required 24 hours before the booking to avoid disappointment.
